Easter Breakfast Preparation

We are creating teams of youth and parents to help put on the youth Easter Breakfast on Sun. Mar 23. This fundraiser is sponsored with matching funds by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Middle and High School Families talk with Lori about serving in one of five shifts Easter morning: 6:30-8 AM, 8-9:30 AM, 9:30-11:00 and Cleanup from 11:00-Noon. We will be setting up this year on Good Friday, after the noon service and dying eggs as well. If you want to donate a dozen hardboiled eggs for dying on Sat., contact Lori Schwan.
 
 

Oasis Shelter Needs a Bible Study Leader

Would you like to connect with teens who are struggling with their home life and share with them the ultimate hope? Oasis Youth Shelter run by Lutheran Services of Florida is looking for a volunteer who wants to lead a Bible Study weekly in the afternoon, evenings or weekends. If you are interested, contact Lori Schwan. These are the teens who have been attending Wed. Illuminate meals and worship.

Ends of the Earth:

  1. International outreach (Dominican Republic)
  2. For High School and College Students and Adults
  3. Team will be formed by Feb. 3

Middle School Confirmation

We will wrap up our study of the Lord’s Prayer. Bring your Bible, Catechism and Living Faith books for the first three weeks.
